Aim:
The aim of this program is to provide the students with the highest theoretical and practical knowledge in contemporary management to develop their skills in understanding, defining, analyzing and developing solution methods and understanding complex situations and problems in health-related business life. The program aims to enable graduates to become leaders, managers or entrepreneurs in the business world.
Objectives:
The overall objective of the program is to develop and enhance students' knowledge in the field of health management. Thus, students will be able to understand and analyze complex management problems and develop and apply solution methods. In addition, the program aims to develop students' ability to follow, interpret, analyze and apply the business life to the global economy and developments in international markets.
Students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge in different and complementary areas such as management principles, financial management of hospitals, accounting, decision making techniques, globalization and the international business world.

Graduated students have opportunity to work in public and private health institutions as managers and may find employment in administrative units of health-related NGOs and other similar organizations. The Ministry of Health and its affiliates, Social Security Institution and other public hospitals and organizations are employed as assistant experts and executive candidates. In addition to these organizations, graduated students also have job opportunities in pharmaceutical companies, businesses trading medical devices and materials and private health insurance institutions. |

The examination regulations are specified for each course. However, generally, there is 1 Midterm Exam, 1 Final Exam and term paper for each course. See the exam regulations, assessment and grading of each course in the Course Structure Diagram for details. |
Graduation Requirements |
The graduation requirements for the Health Care Management Program are as the same as the general qualification requirements and regulations of Çağ University. There is no additional requirement to secure the Master of Health Care Management Degree provided that the students have passed all the courses in the curriculum with at least a DD grade, had a cumulative gross point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00. |

Concepts related to entrepreneurship, importance of entrepreneurship, development, functions and types of entrepreneurship, characteristics of entrepreneurs and development of personal skills in entrepreneurship, motivation in entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, examination of entrepreneurship finance in terms of health sector, evaluation of entrepreneurship potential, case studies in entrepreneurship in health sector.
Health insurance and payment systems, the historical development of insurance, coverage, health insurance types in the world, and health insurance in Turkey, the problems experienced in the insurance field, recent developments in health insurance and payment system covers the topic.

Determining the subject of the study, researching the secondary sources and using them in the study, field research, preparing the draft study in the light of the obtained information, making the necessary corrections, completing the report in accordance with the rules of writing the report and finally presenting the report to the audience and discussing the scope of this course.

Definition of health services marketing includes marketing and customer mixes, types of health services and institutions providing health services, types of markets and types of competition in different market structures, marketing-branding strategies and practices in health services.
This course focuses on how companies prepare financial statements. As accountants do, students are also required to apply the accounting rules and principles required to obtain financial statements. After the financial statements are prepared, students are directed to make an overall assessment. This course aims to teach the students to record, classify and summarize important commercial and financial transactions in the accounting process.
The aim of this course is to determine the research process (to identify problems, to form the subject and hypothesis of the research, to collect data, to analyze and to comment), to search the literature required to conduct research and to learn to write reports. In addition, some statistical programs for data evaluation and report writing are discussed.
