The course introduces the concepts of information, documents, and medical documentation; and aims to raise awareness of the importance, confidentiality, and privacy of patient files. It provides basic knowledge about filing and archiving processes in healthcare institutions and seeks to develop practical skills for effectively managing these processes. Within this scope, the course covers the definitions, areas of use, importance, and reporting of medical documents, the functioning of medical record systems, and the implementation of medical documentation automation systems.
