In our department, on May 26, 2022, the first event titled “My Story of Becoming a Translator” was organized. During this event, our senior students showcased the skills they acquired over four years in the English Translation and Interpreting Department through poster presentations. They also screened short films prepared as part of their Oral Communication Skills course. Additionally, the event featured lectures by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazik GÖKTAŞ and Dr. Ayşegül UYSAL GLINIECKI. At the end of the event, participating students were awarded certificates of participation.
