Archival Services

Corporate archive services encompass the assessment, preservation, and implementation of the necessary archival procedures for documents created within the University and required to be retained, in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Within the scope of archival services:

  • Documents are assessed in accordance with the relevant legislation and retention periods,
  • Archival documents are organized and preserved,
  • Necessary procedures are carried out for documents whose retention periods have expired,
  • Documents that are required to be destroyed are destroyed in accordance with the relevant legislation and necessary approvals,
  • Documents that are required to be transferred to the Presidency of the State Archives are transferred in accordance with the relevant legislation and the procedures and principles determined by the Presidency.

Destruction and Document Transfer

Relevant procedures are carried out for documents whose retention periods have expired or which are required, under the legislation, to be destroyed or transferred to the Presidency of the State Archives.

Destruction and document transfer procedures are carried out with the approval of the Presidency of the State Archives and in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the relevant legislation.
