Two Universities, One Library Vision!

The Protocol on the Joint Use of Libraries, which enables the mutual use of the libraries of Çağ University and Tarsus University, was signed on May 20, 2025.

Thanks to this collaboration, academic and administrative staff as well as students of both universities will be able to mutually benefit from each other’s library resources and services. Users will be able to access printed resources by applying to the relevant university library with only their university ID cards and will be able to borrow materials under certain conditions.

Users who wish to benefit from library services are required to fully complete the “Membership Form for the Joint Use of Libraries” during the application process.

Within the scope of the protocol:

• Members of both universities will be able to enter the other library with their ID cards,
• They will be able to borrow printed materials within the framework of library rules,
• They will be able to benefit from electronic resources only by applying in person to the relevant library.

This protocol aims to strengthen academic cooperation between universities and to facilitate access to information.
