International Document Supply Service (TALARIA)
Our library provides international document supply services through the TALARIA platform within the scope of the IFLA RSCVD (Resource Sharing Collaborative and Voluntary Document Delivery) program conducted by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions.
Through this system:
- Articles, book chapters, or other academic documents not available in our university’s collection
- Can be requested from volunteer libraries worldwide
- And can be securely delivered in digital format
TALARIA is an open-source, volunteer-based document-sharing platform that strengthens cooperation among libraries.

- Academic staff

Requests are processed through the library.
📝 How to Request
- Prepare the bibliographic details of the requested publication.
- Submit a request via the Online Communication System.
- The request is transmitted to the international network through the TALARIA system.
- The request is evaluated by volunteer librarians within the international network, and the supply process is initiated.
- The approved document is delivered to the user via the Online Communication System.
