Çağ University Library aims to ensure that all its users benefit equally and effectively from information resources and services, in line with a lifelong learning-focused service approach and the principles of fair use. In this context, various arrangements and services are offered to facilitate access to library services for users with disabilities.

The services offered by Çağ University Library for users with disabilities are listed below:

• The library building is wheelchair accessible; the entrance areas and security checkpoints have been arranged to accommodate wheelchair use.
• Library services can be accessed on the ground floor via wheelchair. In addition, there is a tactile yellow guidance strip (tactile surface) on the ground floor for visually impaired users.
• The accessible restroom in the library is designed for use by users with disabilities.
• The library collection includes audiobooks as well as video content provided through various databases, offering alternative learning opportunities for visually and hearing-impaired users.
• The library's print collection is made audibly accessible through a computer equipped with JAWS software and a text reading/scanning device located in the accessible library room. With this equipment, users with disabilities can review printed materials through audio reading, while continuing their reading and academic study activities in the same environment.
• Within the library's print collection, there is a Braille print collection to support access to information for visually impaired users.

Çağ University Library continues its efforts to develop accessibility-focused services and create an inclusive learning environment for all users.
