LOAN SERVICE
Anyone who is a member of Çağ University may borrow materials within the principles specified in the Çağ University Directive, provided that they are registered as a member of the library.

The rules to be followed in loan and return procedures are as follows:
- No library material may be borrowed without completing the required transaction.
- The overdue fine for materials not returned on time is 5.00 TL per day.
- Books in the general collection may be renewed once, provided that they are not requested by another user.
- If any material borrowed from the library is not returned on time and more than three months have passed, it will be considered lost.
- In case of loss of a book, bound journal, or non-book material, the user must pay the value calculated based on the exchange rate announced by the Central Bank on that day, with an additional 50%, along with the accumulated overdue fine up to the date the loss is reported.
