How does grading system work?
In the Preparatory Year Program, an integrated assessment system has been designed to ensure that students acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies. This system includes the analysis of exam results, student feedback, and instructor feedback. In this context, students’ knowledge and skills are evaluated through exam results, in-class activities, and student presentations.

Passing Grade: 60 |
As shown in the table, the assignments and exams throughout the academic year constitute 50% of the overall grade, while the final exam makes up the remaining 50%. Accordingly, the exams, assignments, and projects completed during the year contribute to students’ overall success grade. Students who fail to meet the required passing criteria are required to attend summer school.
