The 5-year Strategic Plan efforts of ÇağÜ, the annual evaluation of ÇağU’s performance in line with the Strategic Plan goals, preparation of the performance report, and the decision-making process for improvements.

 

Annual evaluation of the performance of academic units, application and research centers, coordinatorships, presidencies, and offices in line with the Strategic Plan goals, decision-making for improvements, and submission of Continuous Improvement Reports. Preparation of Continuous Improvement Reports for all departments/programs once a year.

Annual Academic Staff Performance Evaluation.

Annual submission of the Institutional Self-Assessment Report (KİDR) to YÖKAK.

Annual evaluation of the performance of administrative units by the General Secretariat in line with the Strategic Plan goals, decision-making for improvements, and submission of the Continuous Improvement Report. Periodic Program Accreditation evaluation. Annual Administrative Staff Performance Evaluation.
Periodic Institutional Accreditation evaluation by YÖKAK.

Conducting and reporting Self-Assessment on a department/program basis every 5 years.

Periodic Monitoring and Evaluation by YÖK.
