Dr. Fatma Toköz Göktepe joined Çağ University as a lecturer in 2009 and taught various courses in many departments, mainly in the Department of English Language Teaching at the undergraduate level. In addition to being the Dean of Students in 2021, she also serves as the Director of the Learning and Teaching Center within the University. At the same time, she has been working as an Erasmus+ Coordinator at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and English Language Teaching Department since 2015. She collaborates with students, faculty and staff to help create a safe and welcoming campus where students can thrive through healthy learning environments.

Dr. Toköz Göktepe earned a bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching at Girne American University (North Cyprus), a master's degree with a full scholarship in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the University of Essex (UK) in 2009, and a doctorate in Foreign Language Teaching at the University of Eastern Mediterranean (North Cyprus). She was also the recipient of the Study of the U.S. Institute for Scholars on Contemporary American Literature scholarship awarded by the U.S. Embassy in 2018. Through this award, she represented Turkey in the study and research program created by scholars from 17 different countries of the world. In this program, she participated in academic seminars and research activities at Seattle University, Berkley University, Georgetown University (DC) and Washington University.
