It is kindly requested that projects to be submitted or completed at Çağ University Social Responsibility and Research Center (SOSAM) be prepared according to the format below.
Sample Student Application Form
For expenses made within the scope of the project, the following form must be filled out and signed by the SOSAM Director. Additionally, a photocopy of the form along with a copy of the payment document (receipt, invoice, bank slip, etc.) must be submitted to the directorate.
