Our Faculty of Law Graduate, Trainee Lawyer Cenk Dinçel, Won First Place in the TBB Trainee Lawyers Case Review Competition
In the national competition organized by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) Lawyers’ Rights Center, our Faculty graduate Trainee Lawyer Cenk Dinçel was awarded first place in the competition, in which he participated on behalf of the Adana Bar Association.
Within the scope of the “Case Review Competition Among Trainee Lawyers” organized by the TBB Lawyers’ Rights Center, the topic was determined as the examination of the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights regarding violations related to the exercise of rights and authorities specific to the legal profession, as well as procedural safeguards.
Among the applications from across Türkiye, 10 selected works were exhibited between April 3–5 in the foyer area of the TBB Attorney Teoman Evren Congress Hall. The exhibited works were ranked according to the scores they received, and the top three were determined.
In the competition, our Faculty graduate Trainee Lawyer Cenk Dinçel (Adana Bar Association) ranked first, Trainee Lawyer Gökalp Balkan (Izmir Bar Association) ranked second, and Trainee Lawyer Yusuf Baver Atlı (Izmir Bar Association) ranked third.
During the exhibition, Trainee Lawyer Dinçel presented the content of his work and his personal evaluations to visitors and to the guests who also attended the International Symposium on the “Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Legal Profession” held on April 4.
We congratulate our graduate on this national achievement and wish him continued success in his professional career.
