''LEAD-UP PROGRAM” IN COOPERATION WITH ÇAĞ UNIVERSITY AND ÇUKUROVA GIAD

 

The second edition of the LEAD-UP Young Leaders Program, the first of which was implemented in cooperation with the Hatay Young Business People Association (HAGİAD), was launched with a protocol signed with the Çukurova Young Businessmen Association.

At the meeting hosted by Çukurova GIAD, the protocol was signed by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Murat KOÇ, and the President of Çukurova GIAD, who is also a graduate of our University, Attorney M. Alperen PİŞKİN.

During the signing ceremony, which was also attended by the association’s management, an exchange of information was held regarding developments in the region.

Throughout the six-week program, students will participate in workshops on leadership, effective communication, teamwork, crisis management, and ethical leadership, and will have the opportunity to engage directly with the business world through roundtable meetings with Çukurova GIAD members and mentoring support.

With this project, it is aimed to establish a sustainable university–business world cooperation model.
