A STRATEGIC STEP FOR YOUNG LEADERS FROM ÇAĞ UNIVERSITY AND HAGİAD: THE LEAD-UP PROGRAM HAS STARTED

Within the scope of the LEAD-UP Young Leaders Program, implemented in cooperation with Çağ University and the Hatay Young Business People Association (HAGİAD), a protocol was signed and the program’s first step, the opening conferences, was successfully held.

Before the program at the Hatay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, our Rector met with the President of the Hatay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hikmet Çinçin, exchanging information on developments in the region.

At the program’s opening, speeches were delivered by the President of the Hatay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hikmet Çinçin, and HAGİAD President Hatay Esmergil.

During the event titled “Geopolitical Developments and Economic Opportunities,” our Rector, Prof. Dr. Murat Koç, and Finance Advisor Hakan Çalışkantürk shared the effects of global and regional developments on the business world with the participants. University administrators, HAGİAD members, representatives of Çağ University’s Career and Entrepreneurship Club, and representatives from various NGOs attended the event.

Throughout the six-week program, students will participate in workshops on leadership, effective communication, teamwork, crisis management, and ethical leadership, and will have the opportunity to engage directly with the business world through roundtable meetings with HAGİAD members and mentoring support.

Students who successfully complete the program will be awarded the LEAD-UP Young Leaders Program Certificate. This project aims to establish a sustainable university–business world cooperation model.
