Çağ University Career Development Application and Research Center is ready to provide all kinds of support to our valuable graduates and continuing students so that you can start from the right point. It also carries out activities for our students who are looking for a mentor to guide their careers after graduation. While carrying out its activities, it cooperates with career development-oriented student clubs such as the University Health, Culture and Sports Directorate, Student Affairs Directorate, Student Dean's Office, Alumni Association, and Career Club.

Our Objective:
In line with the mission of Çağ University, Çağ University Career Development Application and Research Center carries out activities to help students and graduates make the most accurate career planning in order to raise individuals who are ready for life.

Its objectives are to conduct informative research to minimize the difficulties and problems they may encounter in business life, to guide our students and graduates in finding internships and jobs, to carry out continuous improvement activities to enhance their knowledge and competencies, to conduct and share research on the expectations of the business world. By sharing the results of these activities with all stakeholders, it aims to support regional, national, and international employment with qualified individuals.

Our Activities:

  1. Organizing developmental seminars and training for the personal, academic, social, and cultural development of students and graduates
  2. Mediating between institutions and organizations in need of human resources and our graduates/students
  3. Carrying out all kinds of educational, organizational, and informative activities to guide students/graduates on individual career planning, job/internship search, CV preparation and updating, online and face-to-face interview techniques
  4. Providing career counseling to graduates/students
  5. Supporting students/graduates on scholarships, education, and similar matters regarding international postgraduate programs
  6. Planning and conducting the Career Planning course in accordance with its content
  7. Working to create and follow up on an alumni platform
  8. Planning and executing events such as career days in cooperation with other university units, centers, the student council, and student clubs working on career-related activities
  9. Conducting research and preparing scientific studies and/or reports on topics within the scope of its activities
