SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATIONS HAVE STARTED

INFORMATION ABOUT SUMMER SCHOOL

  1. Summer School applications will be made on 03-04.07.2025 via the Summer School Course Request Screen available in the Student Automation System.
  2. First, the Summer School Application Form in ANNEX 1 will be filled out, signed, and the credit fees for the courses specified in the form will be deposited into any of the accounts with IBAN numbers indicated in the link. In order to ensure proper verification, the receipt for the payment must clearly include the student’s Full Name and Turkish ID Number. After the verification process is completed by the Financial Directorate, financial approval will be granted if there are no issues. Once financial approval is granted, the student will upload the Summer School Application Form and the receipt (screenshots) to the system via the Summer School Course Request Screen and will proceed with course selection.
  3. If any issues are encountered during the verification process conducted by the Financial Directorate, financial approval will not be granted, and course selection/registration will not be possible.
  4. The Summer School Course Request Screen will automatically close on Friday, July 4, 2025, at 23:59.
  5. Following the completion of applications, the Summer School Coordination Committee will convene and decide which courses will be opened within the framework of Çağ University’s Summer School Regulations. The courses that are decided to be opened will be announced on our university's website on July 5, 2025. On July 7, 2025, registration will only be possible for the courses that have been announced to be opened.
  6. The final course registrations of our students will be carried out by the relevant academic unit. At this stage, if it is determined that the student has selected a course that cannot be taken within the framework of Çağ University’s Summer School Regulations, the course request will be canceled.
  7. Applications of students with delays in tuition fee payments will be evaluated after the delay has been resolved.
  8. Summer School is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Çağ University Summer School Regulations. Student applications must be made in accordance with the conditions stated in this announcement.
  9. Courses and exams during Summer School will be conducted face-to-face.
  10. A maximum of 3 (three) courses can be taken during Summer School.
  11. If the course applied for in Summer School is not opened, the student may either register for another opened course or take the course that was not opened at another university offering Summer School. For this, they must fill out the “Other University Summer School Application Form” found in ANNEX 2 and submit it to the relevant faculty/school via the Online Communication System. After the relevant academic unit completes the necessary review, the application result will be communicated to the student through the Online Communication System. To take a course from another university during Summer School,
  • It is required that the student has fulfilled the attendance obligation for the relevant course(s) and that the letter grade is FF, FD, DD, or DC
  • Additionally, the courses must not have been opened despite the student having applied to Çağ University Summer School within the application dates for those courses
  • The teaching period in Summer School is 7 (seven) weeks
  1. If the success grade of a repeated course in Summer School is lower than the grade received in the most recent semester, it will not be considered
  2. The principles applied in Summer School are the same as those applied during regular academic terms
  3. The credit fees for the courses to be taken in Summer School are specified below.
