Regarding the Results of Horizontal Transfer Applications for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester and the Registration Procedures of Candidates Eligible for Horizontal Transfer

Candidates who have been granted the right to transfer horizontally to our university for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year may complete their in-person registration between February 9–20, 2026, together with the documents listed below.

Documents Required for Registration:

  • Original application documents or e-Government printouts
    (student certificate, transcript, disciplinary status document, preparatory class status document if applicable, placement and score result document)

  • Receipt showing that the tuition down payment has been made
    (https://www.cag.edu.tr/tr/mali-isler-mudurlugu-ucretler)

  • Certificate of residence (can be obtained via e-Government)

  • Photocopy of ID card

  • Document stating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer

  • Document stating that the candidate has not previously transferred using Additional Article-1 (central placement score)

  • 6 passport-sized photographs

  • Military service status document for male students (can be obtained via e-Government)
