Çağ University has completed the preparation process for implementing the EFQM Model.

In line with its vision, Çağ University aims to offer a stronger future to its students and all stakeholders. Within this scope, research and implementation activities have been evaluated, and in addition to national and international quality processes, it has been decided to implement the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Model.

The EFQM Excellence Model presents an international approach that aims to meet students’ expectations from education at higher standards, to increase the effectiveness of academic and administrative processes, and to strengthen the university’s social contribution. Currently, Çağ University continues national and international quality evaluation studies with the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) process, and with the EFQM Model, it aims to further strengthen its quality management system.

The EFQM Excellence Model, which supports institutional development in a wide framework from strategic management to student and employee satisfaction, from process efficiency to social contribution, will add value to the institutional structure of our University. In this direction, Çağ University aims to provide higher standards of service to both its students and stakeholders and to make the understanding of sustainable excellence an integral part of its institutional culture.
