2025–2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Transfer Application Results and Registration Procedures for Candidates Granted Transfer Rights

Candidates who have been granted the right to transfer to our university in the Spring Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year can complete their on-site registration between August 18–22, 2025, with the documents specified below.

The documents required for registration are as follows:

1. Originals or E-Government printouts of application documents (student certificate, transcript, disciplinary status certificate, preparatory class status certificate (if any), placement and score result document)

2. Receipt proving payment of the deposit (https://www.cag.edu.tr/en/fees)

3. Residence certificate (can be obtained from E-Government)

4. Photocopy of identity card

5. Statement indicating no obstacles to transfer

6. 6 photographs

7. Military status document for male students (can be obtained from E-Government)

2024–2025 Akademik Yılı Bahar Döneminde Üniversitemize yatay geçiş hakkı kazanan adaylarımız, 18-22 Ağustos  2025 tarihleri arasında aşağıda belirtilen evraklarla birlikte kayıtlarını yüz yüze yaptırabileceklerdir. 

Kayıt için gerekli belgeler aşağıda belirtilmiştir:

1. Başvuru evraklarının asılları veya E- Devlet çıktıları (öğrenci belgesi, transkript, disiplin durum belgesi, hazırlık durum belgesi (varsa), yerleştirme ve puan sonuç belgesi)
2. Peşinatın ödendiğine dair dekont (https://www.cag.edu.tr/tr/mali-isler-mudurlugu-ucretler)
3. İkametgâh (E- Devletten alınabilir.)
4. Kimlik fotokopisi
5. Yatay geçişe engel yoktur yazısı
6. 6 adet fotoğraf
7. Erkek öğrenciler için askerlik durum belgesi (E- devletten alınabilir).
