Welcome to the Çağ Family! 🎉

After completing your documents and completing your in-person registration between August 24-28, 2026 by following the steps below, you will officially become a Çağ student.💙

1. Come to Çağ University Yaşar Bayboğan Campus and enter through Gate A of the School of Foreign Languages Registration Area.
2. Take your queue number from the ticket machine.
3. Collect your personal file from our University staff member waiting for you, complete the sections you need to fill out in the file, and wait for your turn for financial procedures.
4. When it is your turn, proceed to the VakıfBank classroom under the guidance of the security officers to join the VakıfBank Vinov Campus application and open an account.
   (If you have previously opened a VakıfBank account, you can skip this step and proceed directly to the Finance Directorate.)
5. After opening your account, visit the Finance Directorate and create your payment plan through VakıfBank Mobile Banking.
6. After completing your payment plan, go to the faculty secretariat in the same corridor, complete your final registration, and receive your student certificate.
