Announcement for Our Students Who Will Enroll Based on Their 2026 YKS Results
Dear Students, Welcome to the Çağ Family.
We would like to thank you for choosing our University based on your 2026 YKS results and joining the Çağ Family, and we are very happy to have you among us. The registration procedures for students who are entitled to enroll at our University will be carried out in person at the School of Foreign Languages, Yaşar Bayboğan Campus, between August 24-28, 2026.
Documents Required for Registration
- High School Graduation Certificate (Documents obtained through e-Government are accepted.)
- 6 passport-size or biometric photographs
- Front and back photocopy of the Republic of Türkiye Identity Card (The original must be brought with you during registration.)
- Printout of the 2026 YKS Placement Result Document
- Military Service Status Certificate (Documents obtained through e-Government are accepted.)
- Certificate of Residence (Documents obtained through e-Government are accepted.)
- English Preparatory Education Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability health report for our students with disabilities
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The installment of tuition fees will only be carried out through the VİNOV Campus System. (Credit card and cash payments are not available.) Therefore, the person who will be designated on the VİNOV Account must also be present with the student. These procedures can be completed remotely before registration by following the steps provided at the link below, or they can also be completed in person during registration.
ÖSYM draws attention to the following points regarding registration in the 2026 Higher Education Programs and Quotas Guide:
- Candidates must apply in person for registration. Registration by mail is not accepted.
- Original or certified copies of the documents are accepted; photocopies are not valid.
- Candidates with incomplete documents will not be registered.
- Candidates who do not complete their registration within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
- Legal action will be taken against candidates who enroll by making false statements.
Post-Registration Procedures
- For students in programs with compulsory English Preparatory Education, the Placement Test will be administered in person by our School of Foreign Languages on September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Detailed information about this exam and subsequent procedures will be provided at the registration area.
- Courses for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will begin on September 21, 2026.
