2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Student Course Registrations (and VİNOV Renewal Procedures) will be carried out face-to-face at our University School of Foreign Languages between 15–19 September 2025.
Between 22 September–3 October 2025, course add and drop procedures will be carried out.
Course registrations will be carried out by you as specified below:
Our student will take the course registration form received from the faculty/school secretariat to the Finance Directorate in order to obtain financial approval.
For financial approval to be obtained, students enrolled in our University’s programs on a discounted or paid basis must not have any outstanding debt as of the registration renewal date and must have completed their VİNOV Renewal Procedures.
Our student who has obtained financial approval will, together with the advisor instructor, determine the courses to be taken, mark them on the course registration form, and sign it.
Our student will then log into the system at https://ubs.cag.edu.tr/ by following the steps on our University’s main web page “Student > Web Access > Student Automation > Log In” and entering their username and password. (For students registering for courses for the first time, the Student Number will be used as the Username, and the Turkish Republic ID Number will be used as the Password.)
When the “Course Selection – Registration Renewal” section is clicked on the page that opens, the course list will appear on the screen.
From the course registration screen, our students will select the courses and, if applicable, their sections/groups, check them, and then perform the “Send to Advisor for Approval” process. After performing this process, the student will go to their advisor instructor to complete the course registration.
The advisor will review the registration process sent by the student and, if the advisor decides that the courses selected by the student are appropriate, will complete the registration.
In the event that an error is observed in the course registration, the registration process will be returned to the student through the automation system by the advisor, and the error will be requested to be corrected. After the error is corrected by the student, it will be resent for Advisor approval. Once the advisor sees that the error has been corrected, the course registration will be approved.
Our students whose course registrations are completed are responsible for checking the courses they are registered for through the automation system. It is of great importance not to leave the campus until the course registration has been confirmed by the advisor.
