ÇAĞTAM (Turkology Research and Application Center) IS PRESERVING OUR CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC VALUES
Among the goals of the center are; providing the accumulation necessary to create an inventory of Turkey's culture and arts, conducting original studies on the cultural and artistic accumulation of the last two centuries, which is described as the period in which Turkey gained a modern structure, preserving our cultural and artistic values by functioning as an archive in harmony with the University's documentation center, planning, coordinating, and conducting research in the fields of Turkish literature, Turkish language, dialects and accents, Turkish Republics and communities, Turkish history, Turkish art, and folk culture, monitoring the development of our country's literature, culture, and art from the past to the present, making the achievements in these fields sustainable, and creating a discussion environment for researchers to open up new perspectives for the future. In line with these objectives; the Photo Exhibition on Incorrect Words Used in Turkish with 300 participants, the Book Reading Event titled "Reading is Developing" with 60 participants, the Seminar "I Am Here, Dear Reader Where Are You?" with 40 participants, the Conference on Verb Conjugations in Turkish with 170 participants, and the Conference on Turkology Studies in Kosovo with 220 participants were held.
