Introduction
The article, including references and appendices, should not exceed 25 pages. The font should be Times New Roman, 11 pt, with single line spacing (1.0). Paragraph indentation should be one tab length.

Citations should be made within the text in parentheses instead of footnotes. The parentheses must include the author’s last name, publication year, and page number in that order (Kotler, 2003: 124). Multiple sources should be separated by semicolons (Aaker, 1991; Porter, 2008; Kotler, 2012). For citations with three or more authors, use the abbreviation "et al." (Harris et al., 2001: 112).
