The opening remarks were delivered by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mahir Fisunoğlu and Assist. Prof. Dr. Saffet Akkaya. Throughout the day-long sessions, students from different universities presented the states they had governed during the 13-week period and evaluated the learning outcomes of the course.

Kingdom of Feloria (Çağ University): Constitutional monarchy
Velkhara (TOBB ETÜ): Communist totalitarian regime
Angarot (İKÇÜ + DEÜ): Military dictatorship
Republic of Tengria (İGÜ): Democracy
Union of Erusea (Başkent University + KTÜ): Communist totalitarian regime
Valyria (ÇÜ): Constitutional monarchy
Following the student session, Prof. Dr. Neziha Musaoğlu, Prof. Dr. Coşkun Topal, Prof. Dr. Haldun Yalçınkaya, Prof. Dr. Harun Arıkan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sezgin Mercan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Uzgören, and Prof. Dr. Ali Engin Oba presented their assessments on international security developments in global politics.
