In order to continuously improve our university’s quality management system and to foster a culture of institutional excellence, the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model process holds great importance in line with our institution’s strategic objectives.

Within this scope, the EFQM Training Notes have been completed and published under the Quality Page > Accreditation and Certification > EFQM Excellence Model section for use by all departments.

Utilizing these notes in awareness activities aimed at strengthening the quality culture across academic and administrative units, and ensuring staff access to these resources, is of great significance.
