REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE EARNED THE RIGHT TO FINAL REGISTRATION WITHIN THE SCOPE OF QUOTA COMPLETION FOR THE 2025/2026 FALL SEMESTER MASTER’S PROGRAMS OF ÇAĞ UNIVERSITY

Dear Prospective Students,

Within the scope of quota completion for the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year Master’s Programs, the final registration procedures of the candidates who have earned the right to final registration will be carried out in person at our University’s Graduate School of Social Sciences Directorate between September 17–19, 2025. Candidates who have gained the right to final registration must personally come to the University and complete their registration within the above-mentioned date range. Candidates who cannot come to the University may have their registration completed by proxy (through a notarized power of attorney).

Students who have earned the right to final registration in the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year Master’s Programs, either with a discount or with a tuition fee, can access tuition fee information at the following link: https://www.cag.edu.tr/en/fees. Since tuition fees can be paid in installments via Vakıfbank’s “VİNOV Campus” system, students are required to enroll in the VİNOV system before coming for registration. The list of required registration documents is presented below. Please note that if there are any missing documents, the registration process cannot be completed.

Required Registration Documents:

  • Original Bachelor’s Diploma together with one photocopy (front/back),

  • Bachelor’s Transcript (all pages, can be obtained from the E-Government System),

  • Photocopy of identity card (front and back sides),

  • Valid ALES Document (September 2020 and onwards),

  • Passport-size Photograph (2 copies),

  • For male students: Military Status Document (can be obtained from the E-Government System),

  • Residence Certificate (can be obtained from the E-Government System),

  • Detailed Population Registration Certificate (can be obtained from the E-Government System),

  • Criminal Record Certificate (can be obtained from the E-Government System),

  • Bachelor’s Graduation Status Certificate with barcode (from E-Government),

  • For those whose diploma is from abroad: YÖK Equivalency Certificate,

  • If the candidate is disabled: “Disability Status Report”,

  • If a relative of a martyr: Certificate of Martyrdom Relation,

  • For veterans and relatives of veterans: official document or ID card.
