Course registration will take place between 02.02.2026 – 06.02.2026.
Course add/drop transactions will be conducted between 09-20 February 2026.
These students will complete their course registration remotely/online.
Students will log in to the system by following the steps on the university website:
“Student > Web Access > Student Automation > Log In”
and entering their username and password at https://ubs.cag.edu.tr/.
Upon clicking the “Course Selection – Registration Renewal” section, the course list will appear on the screen.
Students will select their desired courses, including branch/group if applicable, check their selections, and click “Send for Advisor Approval.”
The advisor will review the registration. If the selected courses are appropriate, the registration will be completed.
If an error is detected, the registration will be returned to the student through the system for correction. Once corrected, it will be resubmitted for advisor approval. The advisor will approve the registration after confirming the correction.
Students who cannot access VINOV CAMPUS, as confirmed by the university, will complete their course registration in person at the university campus.
The student will obtain the course registration form from the faculty/school secretary and take it to the Finance Directorate for financial approval.
After verification by the Finance Directorate, the student will be directed to the campus bank officials to be included in the VINOV Campus System.
To obtain financial approval, students attending programs at a discounted or paid rate must have no overdue financial obligations as of the registration renewal date and must deposit any payments into the designated bank account.
Students must have the bank receipt with them, as it may be requested by the Finance Directorate.
The student, together with their academic advisor, will select the courses to be taken, mark them on the course registration form, and sign it.
The student will then log in to the system via the university website:
“Student > Web Access > Student Automation > Log In”
using their username and password at https://ubs.cag.edu.tr/.
Upon clicking the “Course Selection – Registration Renewal” section, the course list will appear on the screen.
Students will select their courses, check branch/group if applicable, and click “Send for Advisor Approval.”
After sending for approval, the student must meet with the academic advisor to finalize the registration.
The advisor will review and approve the registration if correct. If errors are found, it will be returned to the student for correction and resubmitted for advisor approval.
Once registration is approved, students are responsible for checking their enrolled courses through the automation system.
