Çağ University Academics Attended the Global Zero Waste Forum 2026

Dr. Lecturer Dilara Demirez, Dr. Lecturer Kartal Çelikay, and Lecturer Özen Tekin, academics of Çağ University, attended the Global Zero Waste Forum 2026, held in Istanbul between 5–7 June 2026.

Organized under the theme “Road to Antalya: Zero Waste as Climate Action,” the forum addressed key issues such as sustainability, circular economy, combating climate change, zero waste practices, and resource efficiency at an international level.

Bringing together policymakers, academics, local authorities, civil society organizations, and private sector representatives, the forum provided an important platform for sharing good practices and developing cooperation opportunities for a sustainable future.
