The TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification Audit of Çağ University has been successfully completed.

The TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification Audit, carried out to evaluate the compliance of the quality management system at Çağ University with national and international standards, was successfully completed on April 20–21, 2026.

During the two-day audit process, the processes carried out in all administrative and academic units of our university were comprehensively examined in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system. Within the scope of the audit, process management, documentation structure, handling of risks and opportunities, performance monitoring mechanisms, and continuous improvement activities were evaluated in detail.

The audit conducted has once again demonstrated the quality-oriented management approach of Çağ University, the systematic approach in its institutional operations, and its culture of continuous improvement. At the same time, the effectiveness of the quality work carried out in alignment with YÖKAK, EFQM, and international accreditation processes has also been confirmed.

We would like to thank all academic and administrative units contributing to the process, especially the Quality Management Coordinatorship responsible for coordinating the Quality Management System activities; and we hope that this important achievement will contribute to our university’s sustainable quality goals.
