In this direction, in order to ensure more effective monitoring of processes and systematic management of improvement activities, the FRM-0070 Corrective and Preventive Action Tracking Form has been revised and updated. The updated form has been published on our university’s quality page and made accessible to stakeholders in line with the principles of transparency and accessibility in accordance with the quality management system principles.
