INFORMATION REGARDING THE FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER OF THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR IN GRADUATE PROGRAMS OF THE INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, ÇAĞ UNIVERSITY

Dear Prospective Students,

The final registration process for candidates who have been granted the right to register for master’s programs in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be conducted in person at the Directorate of the Institute of Social Sciences between 26-30 January 2026. Candidates who have obtained the right to final registration are required to come to the university within the specified dates to complete their registration. Candidates unable to come in person may complete their registration via power of attorney (notarized).

Students who have obtained the right to final registration for master’s programs in the Spring Semester of 2025-2026 on a discounted or paid basis can access tuition fee information at:

Since tuition fees can be paid in installments via the Vakıfbank “VINOV Campus” system, students are required to enroll in the VINOV system before coming to register. To join the VINOV system, please visit:

The list of required registration documents is provided below. Please note that registration cannot be completed if any documents are missing.

Required Registration Documents:

• Original Bachelor’s Diploma with a photocopy (front/back)

• Bachelor’s Transcript (all pages, can be obtained via E-Government system)

• Photocopy of National ID Card (front and back)

• Valid ALES score document (April 2021 and later)

• Passport-size photo (2 copies)

• Military Service Status document for male students (can be obtained via E-Government)

• Residence Certificate (can be obtained via E-Government)

• Family Registration Certificate (can be obtained via E-Government)

• Criminal Record Certificate (can be obtained via E-Government)

• Bachelor Graduation Status Certificate with barcode from E-Government

• Equivalency Certificate from YÖK for diplomas obtained abroad

• If the candidate has a disability: Disability Status Report

• If the candidate is a relative of a martyr: Certificate of martyrdom relation

• If the candidate is a relative of a veteran or a veteran themselves: Official document or ID card
