19 February 2025- Conference on “A Strategic Perspective on Turkey–European Union Relations”

On 19 February 2025, the EU Application and Research Center hosted a conference entitled “A Strategic Perspective on Turkey–European Union Relations”, featuring Assoc. Prof. Dr. Başak Alpan from Middle East Technical University. The event was moderated by Ambassador (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Ali Engin Oba and attended by approximately 35 participants.

The conference provided an in-depth analysis of the current state of Turkey-EU relations, strategic priorities, and potential opportunities for future cooperation. Participants actively engaged in the Q&A session, gaining direct insights into the diplomatic and political processes between Turkey and the European Union.
