Since 2018, the “University Monitoring and Evaluation General Report” has continued its mission as an evidence-based and transparent evaluation tool, analyzing the current status of the system and identifying areas for development.

The 2025 report has taken this mission a step further by grounding it in a science communication approach. In line with this new approach, the report has been redesigned so that the indicators related to universities are no longer just a technical presentation, but a product that aims to bridge the gap between society and science, making it accessible and easy to follow.

With this new approach, the report is intended to be a more readable and understandable resource not only for academic circles but also for different segments of society.
