The Heinrich Böll Stiftung Istanbul Office has launched applications for the new term of the Agora Scholarship Program, designed for undergraduate students interested in democracy, human rights, and gender equality.
📌 Who Can Apply?

Citizens of the Republic of Turkey

Undergraduate students in their 2nd or 3rd year at a university recognized by YÖK
-
Aged between 18–25
-
Motivated to engage actively in civil society and human rights issues
💰 What Does the Program Offer?

Monthly scholarship of 6,500 TL for 12 months

Opportunities for learning and active participation in the fields of democracy and civil society

Visits to EU institutions and the Heinrich Böll Stiftung office in Berlin

Networking and speaking opportunities with experts in the field
